Addendum B – Suitability for Leadership Role

Leadership will be drawn from the expert practitioner community or business world as external advisors.

A –  All designated leaders MUST have direct experience in at least three of the following areas;

  1. Clients/Product Owner (but not HR or Recruitment)
  2. Business Analyst (Business Requirements)
  3. User Experience (User/Human Requirements, Research and Solutions)
  4. Information Architect (Taxonomies, Ontologies)
  5. Content Authors
  6. Visual Design (Interface Design)
  7. UI Developers (Interaction Design/Development)
  8. Data Developers (Information Structures)
  9. Enterprise/Technical Architects (Data/Transaction Logic Models)
  10. Testers (UAT, Usability, Accessibility)
  11. Project/Programme Managers
  12. BAU Managers

B –  Current or past recruiters or recruitment consultants may not apply for any leadership role ever, even should they meet requirement A.
